My mom made my costume this yr. Yep i was a witch!!!! My mom bought a black turtleneck and black skirt from Target and added some fabric from Joann and poof MAGIC it was done!!!
My mom also made me a hat. made from cardboard and felt she added a flower from the dollar tree that she painted black and added some feathers.My leggings were women's knee highs that my momma made into leg warmers! I think it turned out pretty CUTE!
For some reason, the tights make the outfit!! I love it.
